Butsu Butsu #4

Butsubutsu is a series of gift culture practices using Teaism as a vehicle, hosted by Eri Shoji.

Eri will serve a cup of tea and snacks in the imaginary teahouse as a gift offered to you. In exchange for her offering, you are encouraged to join in the motion of gift exchange.

Ideas for the gifts are open ended – performance, recorded music, drawings to objects found on the way or fresh harvests from your garden….

For those who decide to create something at the site, there will be an art table with materials, so just bring your ideas and inspiration to work on.

Achievable gifts will be part of Butsu Butsu collection and be saved for future events.💗
